Home/Book a call
Book a call
Thirty minutes. Nothing signed.
Pick a time that works. On the call you describe the business, the software, and what is not working, and our team tells you what an engagement would actually look like.
What happens on the call
Three things, in half an hour.
01
You describe the situation
The business, the software, how far behind the records are, and what decisions you are trying to make.
02
We ask specific questions
Volume, entities, how you bill, and where the process breaks. Enough to know whether cleanup comes first.
03
You get a straight answer
Which service fits, roughly what it costs, what the next step is, and whether our team is the right fit at all.
What to have handy
Optional, but it makes the call faster.
- The accounting software you use, and roughly how long it has been in place
- The last month you believe was fully reconciled
- How many bank and card accounts run through the business
- Whether payroll is in house or with a provider
- The number of legal entities
- Any deadline you are working against, such as a lender, a filing, or a sale

No shame. No accounting theater.
You do not need to clean anything up before this call. Our team has seen worse and starts from the actual condition of the records.
Questions
Before you book.
Is this a sales call?
It is a scoping call. You will get a straight answer about fit, and if our team is not right for the business we will say so.
Do I need to send anything first?
No. If we agree to move forward, the next step is read only access for a short records review.
Who will I be talking to?
Someone who does the work, not a call center.
What if I would rather see something concrete first?
Take the assessment. Twenty five questions, about six minutes, an immediate score and a short list of priorities, no contact details required.
