Work where the standard is written down.
Our team builds bookkeeping engagements that hold up: documented processes, reviewed work, published close calendars, and clients who understand what they are buying. If that is the environment you want, we would like to hear from you.

How we work
A few things that are true here.
Every engagement has a written scope, so nobody is guessing at what is included. Every close has a calendar. Every file has a named lead and a reviewer, so work gets checked before a client sees it.
We do not bill hourly, which means the incentive is to build a good process rather than to accumulate time. Documentation is part of the job, not a thing that happens if there is room.
Remote first, with real overlap hours so people can actually reach each other.
Roles we hire
Open and ongoing.
01
Staff accountant and bookkeeper
Reconciliation, classification, close support, and client communication on a portfolio of engagements.
02
Senior accountant
Owning client files end to end, reviewing staff work, and building the reporting layer.
03
Controller
Close review, reporting standards, controls, forecasting, and sitting in the room for client decisions.
04
Cleanup specialist
Reconstruction work: reconciling prior periods, supporting balances, and documenting what cannot be supported.
05
Systems and workflow
Integrations between field software and the ledger, process documentation, and control design.
06
Client operations
Onboarding, close calendar management, request loops, and keeping every engagement on schedule.
What we look for
Beyond the technical.
- You finish the reconciliation instead of carrying the difference
- You write down what you did, so someone else could run it
- You ask the client the question while the answer is still easy to get
- You explain a number in plain language, without hiding behind terminology
- You would rather say the balance cannot be supported than post a plug
- Experience with trades or field service work is a real advantage

The work should be defensible on its own.
Reconciled, supported, reviewed, delivered on the date. That standard makes the job better to do, not just better to buy.
