Accessibility
This site should work however you use the web.
Our practical target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. If something on this site gets in your way, tell us and we will fix it.
Last updated: August 24, 2026
Our commitment
This site is built to be usable with a keyboard, a screen reader, browser zoom, high contrast preferences, and reduced motion settings. Accessibility is treated as part of building the page, not as a later correction.
What is in place
Semantic landmarks and heading structure, a skip to content link, visible keyboard focus, labeled form fields, sufficient color contrast, responsive layouts that reflow rather than require horizontal scrolling, text alternatives for meaningful images, decorative artwork hidden from assistive technology, and animation suppressed when the operating system requests reduced motion.
Known limitations
Some embedded third party components, including the scheduling calendar and the chat widget, are controlled by their providers and may not meet the same standard. If one of those blocks you, email contact@deciphire.com and we will complete the same task with you directly.
Ongoing work
New pages and workflows are reviewed as they are published, and reported barriers are corrected rather than logged.
Request assistance or report a barrier
Email contact@deciphire.com with the page and what happened. We aim to respond within one business day, and any information you need from this site can be provided in another format.
